EDIT shading touched up here as well 
Hat was shaded with mechanical pencil then colored over with black colored pencil.
K well im finally done with another character from the movie. If no one reconizes him hes on of the Guards that appear with jack sparrow by the docks. I hope u like this i tryed my best on the shading again of course my stupid scanner dont pick up everything.
